The end unit DaVinci model offers much flexibility downstairs with an open floorplan. This plan provides for a very large great room with all 3 bedrooms upstairs and over 2,500 square feet! The master suite upstairs includes a sitting room with a balcony. This open floorplan is always an end unit which provides for more windows on the right side of the floorplan. There is also a screened back patio measuring approx. 25' x 12' on the first floor.
